- During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents.
- Items will be shipped within 24 hrs of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered.
- We ship via USPS; the tracking number confirms delivery and is not used for tracking packages during transit. There will be no delivery confirmation for orders out of the U.S. unless you are paying for overnight shipping or 2–3 day air.
- If we sent part of the order and the rest is on backorder, you will receive an automated email stating your order was sent. If we are unable to send all of your order, you will receive a manual email from us explaining this.
- If your payment comes to us as “denied” we move it to canceled and you receive an email stating it was canceled. We also send another email stating payment was declined.
- Daniel Green, Corsets, and Garters – You will not be sent a tracking number for these items. They are shipped from our Washington warehouse and our computers are not linked.
- Shipping of overnight orders: We cannot guarantee an overnight order will be shipped the same day. If the order is placed before 11AM, there is a good chance it will be.

- All products that begin with a V cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. UNLESS you are willing to incur additional shipping expense and a longer ship time.
- The additional cost is $10.00 and it normally takes 5-7 days longer than normal in shipping. If this is acceptable, continue with your order and we will contact you about the additional $10.00.
- Note: Shipping corsets to Canada or Europe using regular mail takes longer than other products.

Returns and Damages
What is our Return Policy?
- We stand behind all of our merchandise, and back that up with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us within 15 days of receipt and we will take back any or all of the items you purchased, that are not up to your standards. Items must be returned in re-stockable condition with tags attached. There is one exception to this policy- panties or thongs which have been worn. Due to Federal restrictions, we are not able to accept returns for panties or thongs which have been worn for any length of time.
What is our Damage Policy?

What is our Defects Policy?
- Items are guaranteed against defects within 30 days of receipt. If an item is defective, follow the instructions below "How Do I Return Merchandise?"
How Do I Return Merchandise?
- Email us from the Contact page and request a Return Authorization number from a customer service representative. Type the words "Return Request" in the Inquiry text box on the Contact Page.
- Returns will not be accepted without an RA# printed on the outside of the box. So email us first before returning merchandise.
- Due to Federal restrictions, we are not able to accept returns for panties or thongs which have been worn for any length of time.
- You will receive an email response within 48 hours instructing you where to mail the returned merchandise.
